Dear Gents, there will be an upcoming inquiry in need a Viet Nam local welding engineer to carry whole WPS/PQR qualification in Thanh Hoa or/and Sai Gon Viet Nam, so we are looking for a competent candidate who is good at welding qualification fields and available in the middle of this Aug around over a week, TIS will cover for Transportation/Food/Accommodation, the welding engineer responsibilities will be scoped as per each WPS/PQR follows but not limited:
- pWPS preparation
- Prepare/guide the welding qualification (welding booth, machine, tools, measurement, recorder…)
- Production As-Run (PQR)
- Witness the mechanical testing
- Review the RT film for WPS/PQR
- Prepare the welder certificate relating to WPS/PQR qualification
- Prepare the PQR and WPS for approval
- Submit the PQR/WPS to Client then following the Client’s comments until approval
